Swap12: eligible customers can upgrade their handset after 12 months on a 24-month contract by returning their current device in good condition — without paying off the remaining balance. Combined billing with Sky TV and Sky Broadband available, typically with meaningful multi-product discounts.

Sky Mobile runs entirely on O2's infrastructure — 99% population 4G coverage and approximately 70% 5G population coverage. Coverage is, in practice, identical to direct O2 customers at the same location. Use O2's postcode checker for accurate results.
Sky Mobile's roaming terms are set independently from O2 direct — as an MVNO, roaming pricing differs. Sky Mobile does not include free EU roaming on all plans the way O2 direct does. Some plans include EU roaming; always check your specific plan's terms in the Sky Mobile app before travelling. For guaranteed free EU roaming, O2 direct or Tesco Mobile are more reliable.
