The CMA approved the merger of Three UK and Vodafone UK in December 2024; the deal completed on 31 May 2025, forming VodafoneThree with 27M+ combined subscribers. Both the Three and Vodafone brands continue operating independently. A Β£11 billion network investment has been committed for the coming years. All include unlimited calls, texts, 5G and mobile hotspot. Annual rise: Β£1.80βΒ£1.90/month each April on 12/24-month plans. Critically: 30-day rolling plans are exempt from the annual rise.
